Rumor: Gosman's restaurant is for sale

I thought it would never happen, but there is a rumor that Gosman's is for sale. The price is supposed to be about $55MM and you get all the restaurants, commercial fishing pier, some hotels, a vacant lot and a couple of houses. All in all, it doesn't sound like a bad deal. I know I could turn it into more. Any investors want to get in on it? Let me know.

It is sad, however. The family name has been in that spot for about 50 years. It's an historical place for me since I have memories going back to when I was a little kid eating outside at Gosman's watching the fishing boats go in and out of the harbor. I guess change is inevitable.
